Basically anything that allows it to breath better, and get less weight off the rotating mass will be felt to improve power-to-the-ground the most. Headers and Testpipes to allow exhaust to flow better, but not by all that much. If you don't plan on doing the Flywheel or 1-piece DS, then dont bother with headers, since you have most of labour done to do them as well.
